Dennis Luckman joined Green & Hall in 1999 as an associate and became a partner in 2003. Mr. Luckman's practice focuses on construction and real estate law with an emphasis on construction defect disputes, construction site accidents, and general business litigation. He also has an active products liability and premises liability practice. Mr. Luckman provides advice in the negotiation of complex contracts, risk management, and litigation avoidance. He was named a "Southern California Rising Star" by Super Lawyers in 2005, 2006 and 2007.
