Mr. Huguenin represents some of the State's largest and most notable builders in complex construction related matters, including property damage and mold-related disputes. His practice emphasis is in commercial and residential construction litigation defense and litigation avoidance. In so doing, Mr Huguenin has developed and conducted numerous training seminars for his builder clients, relating to customer care improvement, strategies for combating defect attorney solicitation efforts, SB 800 compliance and other litigation avoidance techniques.
