Edward R. Huguenin, Partner

Mr. Huguenin represents some of the State's largest and most notable builders in complex construction related matters, including property damage and mold-related disputes. His practice emphasis is in commercial and residential construction litigation defense and litigation avoidance. In so doing, Mr Huguenin has developed and conducted numerous training seminars for his builder clients, relating to customer care improvement, strategies for combating defect attorney solicitation efforts, SB 800 compliance and other litigation avoidance techniques. Mr. Huguenin joined Green & Hall in 1997 and became a Partner with the Firm in 2003. In September 2005, he opened Green & Hall's new Northern California office, now located in Roseville, and continues his specialty in representing builders in complex commercial and residential construction matters. Mr. Huguenin obtained his Bachelor's degree from Rhode Island College with a double major in Philosophy and Psychology, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 1991. A 1994 Pepperdine University School of Law graduate, Mr. Huguenin served as an Associate Editor for the Pepperdine Law Review. Mr. Huguenin is currently a member of the Orange County Bar Association, the Sacramento Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. Back to Partner Overview |
