John T. Griffin

Following his admission to the bar in 1990, John T. Griffin began developing his broad experience representing clients in all types of civil litigation matters. Mr. Griffin has been a member of the firm since its inception in 1995 and practices out of both its Southern and Northern California offices. By remaining constantly vigilant and keenly focused on his clients' goals for resolution of each dispute, Mr. Griffin develops a unique approach for efficiently and aggressively handling every case. Applying this methodology, Mr. Griffin has successfully mediated, arbitrated and tried numerous matters over the course of his career. His practice includes the areas of construction defect (through which he has represented many of the state's most well known and respected real estate developers and general contractors), personal injury defense, and computer software implementation disputes. Mr. Griffin graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He thereafter attended Loyola Law School, where he served as the Executive Editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles International and Comparative Law Journal. Mr. Griffin is a member of the State Bar of California, the United States District Court for the Central and Southern Districts of California, and the Orange County Bar Association.
