Michael Pepek is a partner at Green & Hall specializing in representing developers, general contractors, and property managers. His litigation experience relates to a broad range of disputes including construction defect litigation, insurance coverage matters, mechanic's liens, construction site accidents, and general business litigation.
Mr. Pepek earned his Bachelor of Arts in 1991 from the University of California, San Diego, with a degree in Economics, and received his Juris Doctorate from McGeorge School of Law in 1995 .
