As a specialist in the area of insurance coverage, Mr. Danskin represents both policyholders and insurance carriers in a wide range of matters. He has succeeded in recovering millions of dollars in insurance benefits for both individual and business clients under various commercial property and casualty insurers in practically every arena of insurance coverage. Since joining Green & Hall in 1997 his practice has also focused on complex litigation matters, including the representation of some of the state's largest real estate developers in construction-related matters.
Mr. Danskin earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1985 from the University of California, San Diego, and his Juris Doctorate from the University of San Diego in 1988. Before joining Green & Hall, he was a partner with the law firm of Berger, Kahn, Shafton, Moss, Figler, Simon & Gladstone. Mr. Danskin currently also serves as the firm's Administrative Partner.
